Yeah... I'd call them again. Nobody here is affiliated with them. THe only thing that might get any result at all is calling them again, and making sure whomever you speak to has all the information you expect an answer to. And if they can't answer...ask to speak to their manager.
Make sure you have written them, and call them two or three times a week. Document each name.
Next has anyone there given you a date for refund ?
After that you report them to the insurance commissioner for your state, ( if in the US)
Write a complaint to your state AG's office Dept of Consumer Protection. Look for your state website, gov
