Transmission won't shift when I'm in drive unless I stomp on the gas get it up to a high rpm then let off the gas then it will shift it only does it in drive first and second work fine please help

Check for codes--you may luck out and find that it's a bad DPFE Sensor. Other than that, it may be a bad clutch pack.
