Which of the 8 states have made it a felony to move into there state without applying first if on (even) mistomener probation ?

I'm not sure where you've been getting your information, but it's not a crime to move into a state while you're on probation. It IS, however, a violation of your probation.

Well, I was told by a probation officer some states have recently made it a felony to move into there state without permission if on porole or probation from another state without getting approval from that state court

Can you move while your on probation if you get approvel from your pro officer

Check on the State Law where you intend to move - what State? I've never heard of anything like this EXCEPT for sex offenders who have to register.
