    I would like to know what the real readings should be when checking your blood with
    What is the reading that you are suppose to be at for your blood glucose readings I've been told different things so I'd like to know what the true reading is

    If you are referring to your fasting glucose reading in the morning, then that can vary from person to person. It can be 5, 6 or 7. Rule of thumb is 7 before you eat and 8 after you eat. Your doctor can help you with this more clearly then someone on line.

    Different readings on glucose monitors in Canada and the USA. Mine are single digit numbers.
