I replaced the blown fuse on the board but it continues to do so after turning on the breaker. This started after an electric spike. What else could it be wrong?

I replaced the blown fuse on the board but it continues to do so after turning on the breaker. This started after an electric spike. What else could it be wrong?
Spike could have burned a wire, resistor, capacitor, grounded the supply etc. You will need to start checking wiring on the control board.
