Hello. I just recently found out (about 2 weeks ago) that I am about 3-4 months pregnant. I am currently waiting for insurance to accept me to go to a doctor to be seen. For the past 7 days I've been bleeding brownish colored blood.and now it has turned to bright red and clumps of blood, it is very heavy bleeding to the point where I'm using tampons to contain it. I have no cramping or pain. My question is, Is this normal to be happening? Should I be worried? This is my first pregnancy. I am very frightened.

No, this is not normal. Please seek medical attention at once. An ER would be the first line of treatment if you don't have a doctor.

I hope you have gone to the ER. It sounds like a possible miscarriage. If so, this points out the need for pre-natal care. I'm not sure how you go 3 months without getting checked. But if you weren't practicing pre-natal care, that may have triggered a miscarriage.
