I have a black lab he is almost a year old and he keeps peeing all over the house. He was potty trained and gets let out regularly. When I'm on the phone or my tablet he pees on my bed. I've been doing a ridiculous amount of laundry because of this. He still gets excited and tinkles but that's not so much of a problem. But he will go out and not even 20 minutes later he pees on the carpet. I love him to pieces but this is getting old. I don't know what to do someone please help!!

WAS trained? If it's new, it could be a UTI. You'll need to collect a urine sample, not easy.
