I am 28wks pregnant, having pain/burning urination, and spotting, my lower abdomen and my lower back hurt too... slight pelvic pressure and can't feel my baby move that much, and he is VERY active.

You need to contact your OB/Midwife. It sounds as though you may have a UTI. UTI's can be a cause of premature labor and delivery if not treated properly.

Please seek eek medical attention ASAP.
