I am having sharp pains in my lower/mid right side that feels like it goes through to my back. It has been constant for several days but not always so intense. I do not have health insurance at the moment--I am waiting to hear from medicaid. I have tried tylenol and muscle relaxer with little to no relief. It will not let me sleep even.

It could be anything from a tubal pregnancy to kidney stones, to appendicitis. Two of these can be life threatening.

I understand not having insurance, but you need to go to the ER for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Most hospitals have assistance for those that are uninsured or underinsured.
