I have recently masturbated and now there is a dime sized amount of flesh seen from the outside of my vaginal hole! It feels a tiny bit swollen but there is no bleeding and it is only irritated by touch. I'm not sure what to do since I cannot go to the doctor.

It could be anything, and it's hard to figure out even a guess from the way you describe it, but one idea might be a cyst around an ingrown hair, or just a cyst around water and or natural body oil. It might heal on it's own if you keep from irritating your vagina for a while, keep it clean and dry, and maybe sit in a tub of warm soapy water. If it gets bigger, more sore, or red and inflamed, then you do need to see a doctor.
