I'm 20 years old. I'm 18 days late and I've taken about 9 pregnancy test. All negative Except the first 3 which were very paint positives. After that all negatives. I've had all the signs and symptoms of being pregnant. Literally every single one. I've tried to get in to see the doctor but the ONLY one I trust can't see me because I'm a high risk patient for pregnancy and they don't see high risk patients. (Lupus). I have searched and searched everything on the internet and they all say if I'm pregnant test should show by now then I see so many saying that people never got a BFP until 8 weeks and 12 weeks and all in between. Any opinions

Are you taking your tests using first morning urine?

The first 3 I had faint positives on were from the pee after first morning. If I'm pregnant I would be around 6 almost 7 weeks so it should tell anyway right?

At 6-7 weeks it's possible to show positive, but not always. Many doctors won't see you until about 12 weeks.

I've had nightmares the last 2 nights in a row where I've taken a test and it came out positive and I wake up in a great mood because I finally got an answer. Then I realize. I JUST WOKE UP. Then back to sad all day. 2 dreams in row like that. I can't handle anymore not knowing. Especially when I have EVERY symptom of pregnancy

The issue is, most symptoms do not happen till sometimes 3 or 4th months.

Also rarely do women have all of them, some women have none.

Also some women will not test correctly on home tests till 3rd or 4th month also.

The test at this point needs to be first urine of the morning, to get a proper reading.

I am now 4 weeks late. Still have all same pregnancy symptoms. And smells of everything makes me sick. Strangest cravings. More than my usual. Emotional WRECK!! Back pain and heart burn n huge boobs??

Some women continue to test negative. Get a blood test from a clinic.
(NO symptoms define pregnancy, delayed period, skipped period, other illness, hormone fluctuations... )
