Normal Components : Predominantly intermediate and superficial cells with occational clusters of endocervical cells
Background: Dense acute inflammatory cells and scant doderlein bacilli
Reactive changes: Nothing significant
Epithelial changes: Nothing significant
Impression: Inflammatory Smear
