I am 330 days clean today I chair meetings I sponsor and I'm very active in AA and NA program. It has taken me a long time to get to where I am today and I owe God for allowing me to wake up each morning and let him be in control. With that said I'm in a drug court program I have been in for over 3 years and am also 6 months pregnant.

Recently the drug court staff came to me and told me I failed a drug test for ethylglucuronide which I don't even know what that is. I asked for a conformation which I would have never done in the past cause I was always guilty. Today I was told it came back positive too! I take my recovery very seriously and I am even willing to get a hair test I will pay for and they told me it doesn't matter to them.

I'm looking for some advice. I'm pretty open minded and I know this is a spiritual battle I'm going threw. I just want some input.

It appears this is a common false positive. I would have an attorney at this point, and request other type of testing,

Are you taking suboxon ?

I don't deal with alcohol testing in hair but you might take a look at the following web page from National Medical Services. It has some good info on ethanol testing.
