Hi there

I am new to this site and I am looking for help. I am currently experiencing pain in my right, and pins and needles. I am also experiencing sensations in my arms and legs.

Without knowing how old you are, its hard to judge. I checked your profile, but no hint there. Unless you had a recent injury or fall, it could be arthritis and there isn't much you can do for it. I have degenerative arthritis in my hands and am on Celebrex, so know what pain is. But recent bone scan showed good hones, so go figure.

You could take an anti inflammatory, over the counter medication, like Tylenol and try that for a time; it may help,

Hey you hve not provided any details of your disease like your age, the duration of your symptoms,whether they are exaggerated wth activity and relieved with rest, your weight , your occupation( it matters if you hve a prolonged sitting job like computer professional) ,whether you hve noticed any weakness in your hands and legs.

But if your young it must hve been some trauma

If your old age then considering that your hand is also involved there might be a possibility of cervical spondylosis.. T ake some pain killers for now and if the symptoms persisit visit an orthopaedic doc
