We still have car after chap 7 bankruptcy discharge over year ago. We made payments for awhile because we wanted to keep it, but never signed another agreement. We can't make payments as I can't work now. I've non-opped it with DMV but haven't paid on it in about 4 months. What can we do to get them to come get it. I've called them several times and they never call me back. It's sitting in my garage. Now It's registration time and I need to know if I have to register it or not. So what do I do about registration?

Have you talked to the bank or car company where the loan is from, what they want to do.
