    Disorderly conduct
    Will I get violated or go to jail for alcohol disorderly conduct I was just drunk in public an have to go to court I was detained for the an released an I am on felony probation do anybody no away around it an for me to not go to jail or what will happen

    You could, but it is not likely, of course as long as you notified your PO right away, since not notifying PO is a more serious violation.

    you will want to perhaps talk about what happened a little more serious.

    violations, most likely would include 1. being in a bar
    2.consuming the alcohol
    3. public drunk
    4. and depending on how low ago it happened, not notify the PO

    We would be quite remiss to give you "a way around it". You obviously knew what you were doing and now you are concerned? What are your probation requirements regarding alcohol?
