Bryant 310AAV - code 13 - fan constantly on, won't turn off, no heat

Super Bowl Sunday - we have three heating units in the house (2 up, 1 down). The downstairs unit isn't putting out heat - but the fan runs constantly (thermostat is set to "Auto" and "Heat").

Probably wait until Monday to call professional - curious if there's a "quick check" action anyone in here would recommend.
