19991200 sporty set dormant for over a year with fuel in it. Cleaned out tank,fuel lines, and carb. Float appears free when bowl is off, and I can hear it when I replace bowl. Fuel fills bowl, but does not reach carp. Whe I spray gas into carb it fires then quits as soon as that fuel is burnt. What can I do ?
