    What is the procedure for an appeal from an arbitration hearing in Delaware County,Pa?

    What kind of arbitration was it? Normally it is not a hearing it is a setting whereby 2 or more parties try to reach an agreement and if none can be reached the arbitrator decides. They usually also referee the process as it is ongoing.

    If it was binding arbitration then your going to have to accept what the arbitrator has decided if you didn't come to some agreement.

    Read the agreement to arbitrate; which should describe any appeal rights, if any. As Cdad has said, the chances are very slim that there is any appeal right.

    It was NOT binding- it IS appealable - I just need to know the proper procedure -VERY ASAP.And the time limit to do it.

    Non-binding arbitration? That is odd.

    So if it's not binding, simply don't comply. Why appeal?
