Sorry, it's not fun to talk about, but I'm concerned about something.
I've been pooping several times a day, between 4-5. I also get a lot of gas and sometimes cramps, to where I need to lay on my stomach at bedtime to help relieve it. Consistency and color are normal, it's the frequency that worries me. No drastic diet changes, but I am trying to lose weight (20 lbs), so my caloric intake has been less (1200).
Advice? Thx so much.
