I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and have been spotting brown the last 3 days? I have been told not to worry about it but it has been 3 days now. What should I do

Not really worry about it, a little spotting isn't unusual during a pregnancy. If you're concerned about it, and it is apparent that you are, you should setup an appointment with your doctor/OB and discuss this with them.
