    FICA = Federal Insurance Contributions Act (Social Security and Medicare).
    SE = Self Employment tax

    I can't answer your questions about non resident tax.

    You are allowed to claim the standard deduction, and if you are married with children, you can claim them as dependents on Form 1040NR.
