I don't have the model number for this swan neck faucet. The original aerator has a 1/2" thread connection to the pull down flexible metal hose. The aerator is black with 2 buttons, one for a spray and one for a straight flow steam.

Again I just need the Aerator.

You are asking about replacing your entire pull out spray assembly...not just the aerator, not if it is, "black with 2 buttons, one for a spray and one for a straight flow stream".

Here, you are looking for almost any UNIVERSAL PULL OUT SPRAY/SPOUT. This will have a 1/2" male thread to attach to the 1/2" female thread of the spray hose, OK? Home depot or Lowes should have 2 or 3 choices available...;)
