Will anything show up in my urine tox screen? The piece of dessert was the size of a child's building block but only half the thickness. I am 5ft 4in and 150 lbs.

Usually, during the prep of a Alcohol sauce, the alcohol is usually burned off to a point where this is a negligible amount. It would be brutal if you had a desert and blew over afterwards.

I don't think you should have anything to worry about. I would avoid any alcohol based dishes in the future. Examples are Red Wine sauces, Rum Balls, Brandy Beans, Whisky/Beer BBQ sauces, and bourbon sauces. It is up to you to regulate your consumption.
