Washer fills, washes then drains all water on the floor, how do I check my pump to see if I need a new one or is floor flooding a sure sign?

How do I check my pump on Kenmore model #110.20022011, machine is draining out onto the floor?

Hi shenekm and welcome, there are several good videos on YouTube that show how to remove the cabinet, pull the cabinet then start the washer and watch where the water is coming from. My guess is a hose not the pump. Whirlpool/ Kenmore Direct Drive Washer Disassembly - YouTube

Pull the washer away from the wall, open the back and look at the pump. Could be the pump or the drain hoses.
