Yes. As long as that person is listed as an owner of the account and they have a judgment against him, then they can attach the whole account. You can try going to court and ask that the freeze be lifted by proving the funds in the account are solely yours. And then take him off your account.
Were you aware he had a judgment against him?
No I didn't know about the judgment until my account went overdrawn by this.. & the number the bank gave me for this attorney won't answer or return my calls.
And why should he? He executed a valid writ. You need to get the docket number off the writ served on your bank and file to vacate the attachment based on it not being the other guys money. HE should reimburse you.
