Im 27 weeks pregnant with my second child. I haven't had any swelling anywhere yet in this pregnancy, and I really didn't have it that I remember in my first. Well I woke up today with slight swelling in my face, and puffiness under my eyes, but one eye was more severe... Should I be concerned, or if it does diminish some should I not worry at all?

I wouldn't be concerned if you're not in pain. It may not even be pregnancy related, though its very difficult to say online. You could always call your doc for peace-of-mind. Some fluid retention is normal and puffy eyes occur for multiple reasons ;)
