Ahmad Reza Estakhr Proved Albert Einstein Wrong, Didn't he?

I would say it is still doubtful.

This appears to be a writing currently submitted. All I could find from your link was the abstract of the paper,

I will assume he also submitted a paper. There was also nothing showing his evidence, merely the fact there was evidence.

Also, I could find no peer review of the abstract, in the peer reviews we find if the science community is accepting or rejecting the new research.

If you can provide links to proper peer review, showing the research considered, it would be helpful

Estakhr's law of the photoelectric effect is Consistent with Quantum Mechanics and Schrödinger equation.Schrödinger equation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, (Nobel prize in physics 1921 was awarded to Einstein for his law of the photoelectric effect, but his law was wrong)

The person quoted does not seem to be published and his work not reconised. So no, at this point, you may believe it, but it appears most do not.
