I'm looking for a music video. The video contains a part where a man is driving in a car, next to him sits a dog and are being chased by police. Most of it is animated, but weird tripy animated. I think at one part, near the end, they fly away from the police in their car. I remember seeing it some time in the 90's.
If anyone can help, it will be much appreciated.
