So in June of 2013 I got 6 months probation for an MIP. In September of 2013 my boyfriend of a year and a half moved in with me. On January 1st 2014 me my boyfriend and his friend got pulled over and they searched the car and found pot and my boyfriend took the blame for it and I got 3 more months of probation for being around drugs but I didn't know I was around them. Had no clue they were in the car. And now my PO is kicking my boyfriend out of my house because I'm on pronation and because he is getting in trouble. But my house is his permanent address and he has no where else to go besides sleep in his car. I live in Michigan and it has currently been in negative degree weather. Can my PO kick him out of my house if this is HIS house too and his address his here and he has no where else to go??

Sure they can... part of the terms of probation is not living with, or associating with other people on probation or previously convicted. Pull out a copy ..you will find it in them.

They could have simply violated you or him. Jail is a fairly warm place to stay if that's the result of a violation.
