    Sores
Yesterday I noticed a painful sore on my labia minora where there is no hair. I have had an ingrown pubic hair before, so I know it is not that. It is a crater-like sore, kind of like a pimple. I put some cream on it, thinking it would go away if I didn't touch it, kept it clean, and washed my hands. But today I looked again and there were two more smaller sores. Its spreading. I am a virgin and have had no sexual contact. I have the flu right now, if that helps. I don't want to go to the doctor. I looked online and am thinking it might be staph, but I don't know. Please help.

They could be any kind of pimples, ingrown hairs, bacterial infection, viral infection... it's impossible to know online.
Cream is just a breeding ground. Wash, rinse very well, pat dry gently, and apply something astringent like peroxide. Then air out for as long as you can, lying down, and then put on plain cotton panties.
If they then continue to spread, see a doctor.

IF you've got an infection going to the doctor is the best solution.

Your flu might be the cause in a sideways fashion. Your immune system is slightly depressed after deal with the flu so infections that normally wouldn't take hold have a chance. Getting the proper antibiotics to help clear things up would probalby make your life a lot easier. If you're embarrassed just remember they've seen worse. Just explain your situation and give them all the details.
