I have a Harbor Breeze Bellhaven Ceiling Fan and the fan is not running. It spins very slowly if I give it a push. I´ve had this happen to a different model fan and fixed it by changing the capacitor; However, this model is put together differently soIi don´t know how to take it apart to get to the capacitor in order to change it.
