    Moving out of state with my child
    My husband and I just got a divorce, and I want to move out of state, to better myself and my son lifes, my husband doesn't really have much connects with our son but he is saying if I leave I will be in trouble what do I do.

    During the divorce and the child custody agreement this should have been covered. Most of the current custody agreements have provisions about moving out of state or out of the area.
    If your agreement regulates it, you will have to get court permission to move. If the agreement does not say anything, the father can file a motion to stop it, or to force the person moving to pay the expensed to transport the child back for visitation
