    Ultrasound report
    I am seven weeks pregnant , last Monday and Thursday I had fresh blood bleeding then my dr said for ultra sound report and in my ultrasound report was double gestational sac,sac1 CRL=7weeks positive heart flicker, sac2 no fetal pole seen mised abortion/blighted ovcum? What its meaning
    I lost one baby?

    Sounds like.

    You had twins, be it fraternal or identical, and the embryo just didn't develop. This actually happens more often then you would believe. A lot go relatively unnoticed. The upside is that you have a growing child in your belly.

    I experienced this as well. My daughter was born in 2009 but her twin stopped developing and was deemed a "blighted ovum" at just over 7 weeks along. That simply means a fertilized egg stopped developing very early - and it will be re-absorbed into your body. That is why many go unnoticed - it will literally disappear in a short period.
    "Missed Abortion" is just the medical way of saying your body hasn't (yet) "removed" the lost gestational sac naturally.

    It shouldn't affect your developing fetus or the rest of your pregnancy. It is very common
