Was watching an old movie (black and white I believe) when an actress described another character in the movie as being so cold that their heart was like stone and their blood like mineral water. (or through their veins ran mineral water).

Sorry I don't have the exact quote, but "heart" "Stone" "mineral water" was definitely part of it, not sure if it was "blood" or "veins" that they made the mineral water analogy with.

I've tried Google searches to no avail, very frustrating.

Could be an Olivia movie, Wuthering Heights or Rebecca, though I've done some searching on those and did not find it.

Sounds like a movie Bette Davis could have been part of.
