I have hot water through out my house except in the kitchen. Left bath and kitchen valves open so they would not freeze. Could you please help me.

More details please! Is cold water coming out of the hot side? Do you have hot water to the dishwasher? To the sprayer? This is a single handle valve correct? What have you done so far? Back to you, Tom
