I have had blood coming from my right nipple this morning. Used about 5 tissues to make it stop. Has stopped now but if I squeeze it will start again but not as much as this morning. In the last 2 weeks I have had a full medical and also an ultrasound done on my breasts which came back as all clear. It was only done as a checkup and didn't have any problem with it previously. I'm 47 and not too sure if to go back to doctor to get it checked or just leave for few days to see what happens and if it still bleeds or not.

Has there been any trauma to your nipple or breast since the scan? I would go back to the doctor. Random bleeding like this is always worrisome.
