Should I replace the relay or could it be something else?
I live in a trailer with an under ground well. It has a cold water holding tank and I can't get any water pressure after we got the pipes to unfreeze. The relay won't turn on or off and the relay stays in the on position. The holding tank has pressure and will fill but should I replace the relay or could it be more than just the relay?

    Thanks, Norman C.

That relay is the pump on/off switch. If it is closed (in the on position) the pump should be running. If the pump is not running the breakers may be tripped. If the breakers are not tripped and the switch will not turn off (open) the pump motor will burn up.

The small pipe to which the switch is mounted may be frozen. Heat with hair dryer to thaw.
    What does pressure gauge read?
