Glacier Bay water saver dual flush toilet won't re-fill with water. Was working yesterday. Flushed it today, noticed I couldn't hear water flow. Pulled lid and checked tank. Nothing appears broken. Pipes not frozen. Taps in sink next to toilet work fine. Toilet is only 1 year old.
