I fell a week ago, twisted my ankle pretty bad. Been icing it and taking Ibprofen. Hurts to walk on it and still been trying to work out but hurts badly afterwards. Should I see a doctor?

Yes. You probably should have seen your doctor a week ago. Probably not a lot you can do at this point but it needs to be checked out.
