For the past 3 weeks I have been having pain on the top of my foot it at swelling was off work for two weeks rested a lot swelling went away now just a bump is left and pain when waliking

Did you do anything to your foot? Is there a chance you might have broken a bone in your foot? That is what it is sounding like, but I can't be sure. Have you gotten it checked out by your doctor?
