    Hot Water Heater Working Properly?
    We have a large 5 year old water heater. Lately when 2 people shower back-to-back (10 min each) the 2nd person runs out of hot water. What could be the problem?

    Gas or electric?

    My bet is on the electric heater. If so, then you need the check and replace any faulty elements. If it is a Gas heater then check the thermostat setting. Let me know how it goes. Good luck, Tom
