I have mu ultrasound result
Uterus : 5.2 x 3.9x3.0 cm Position Anteverted.
decription the uterus has a homogenous echopattern. There are no mass lessions in the myometrium
Endometrium : thickness 1.2 cm
the endomentrial stripeis intact.it is hyperechoic and tickened. No gestational sac noted. No iregular echoes noted in the endometrial cavity
Adnexae: Right Ovary 2.3 x 1.8 cm
there are several follicles in both ovaries. No mass lessions noted in the right adnexa.
Left Ovary 4.4 x 1.6 cm
there is a thin walled, anechoic, cystic mass in the left ovary measuring 2.2 x 1.5 cm lxap
Cervix 2.6 x 2.1 cm Nabothian cyst: None
Immpression : Anteverted uterus with a thickened endometrial stripe, consider: secretory endometrium
Left ovarian mass, consider: follicular cyst , negative reghtadnexa
