Every time I use a web browser either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome I receive pop-ups every time I enter a new web page, and randomly through browsing an existing page. How or where do I go to adjust the settings to permanently stop the pop-ups?

Make sure it updates.

Get Adblock software, it will also remove annoying ads from websites as well. I have it and no pop ups no ads no nothing.
