I had sex with my mistress last Nov. 20 and Nov. 21 but she also had regular sex with her Bf every week aside from the date we had sex. Now we had an ultra sound results that said on Jan. 03, 2014 she is 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Who do you think is the father of the baby? By the way her LMP is Nov. 13, 2013.

You wait until the child is born and have DNA testing done. That is the ONLY way to find out.
ScottGem is absolutely correct. The dates are too close to even give a more or less likely scenario, and ultrasound dating, while it can be close, is not an exact science. You'll have to wait this one out and see what testing shows you.
How about pre-natal dna? Am willing to pay is this method accurate? They said the non-invasive one which is more expensive can easily identify the father of the baby through the bllod of the mother after ten weeks of gestation.
Pre natal DNA testing is gaining some traction. But most doctors won't perform the process because of the potential dangers. Plus the mother would have to agree to it. What difference does it make if you find out now or wait until the child is born? Why go through an expensive and potentially dangerous process, just to find out 7 months in advance?
I believe he is talking about a blood test that is 'non-invasive'. It relies on blood samples from mom and possible dad. So far the most informative article I found that isn't an ad: New Earlier, Noninvasive Paternity Test Developed

Someone else posted about these a while back and I asked J_9 about them. She said that doctors are still reluctant to do them because they are so expensive and unnecessary.
And you will know when child is born, is she is mistress, it really does not matter, since there is no relationship, you will just be paying child support later
This would be a viable option for you in your situation, especially if financial support is required by the mother for costs related to the pregnancy. This would be handled between you, the mother, and the facility you use (be sure that they are accredited and reputable).Quote:

Yes... if you go to a reputable facility you can be assured of quality control and accuracy. It can be quite expensive however.
It will be very expensive. You also need to find out if this will be recognized by your local court system. If not you will be out of a lot of money.

Yes... DDC is one of the more well known facilities. As J_9 said, you would want one that can be recognized by the court system. They would be able to help you through the process.

Check with your local family court to see if DDC is recognized in your area for this type of testing. It is possible that your local jurisdiction may require more accurate testing after the baby is born. If that is the case in your area, this would be a waste of money.
It is accurate, but I don't think its as safe as made out. Also, the mother has to agree to it. I doubt if a court will order it. Also you have to find a doctor who will do it.
I'm still having a problem, the girl insists that am the father of the child and she said no need to do the DNA tesing as she knows better, can it be true? That she knew better the father of the baby even though of the below scenario?

No, that is not true. Get a court ordered DNA test after the baby is born to protect your interests.Quote:

But like I also said, she has to be a willing participant for pre birth DNA testing. If she refuses, there is nothing you can do but wait until the child is born and then go to court to request a DNA test.
