Can my daughter dad legally claim her for taxes?
My daughter is living with me and I pay all expenses. Me and her dad split up 2 months ago and he went to jail for domestic abuse. My daughter was in my arms when he hit me and now me and her dad have a no contact order. My daughter is included on the no contact order, he cannot legally see her either. I don't know if this plays a role either but his name is not on the birth certificate. Thanks.

Only the person who provides more than half of a child's support can claim them.
