How long do think EtG could be detected in urine?
I drank 2 8% beers at 3:00 on Monday, I am 5'9 male, about 150 lbs, 29 years old, fairly active and drink good amount of water. How long do think EtG could be detected in urine? Any help appreciated. Thanks

    They were 16 oz beers

I had a test this morning before the drinks, and I don't need a lecture, I already feel the guilt and know that abstaining is the best but I would assume at least 3-4 days Til next test, at least

    Nice attitude....Who's lecturing?

60-80 hours is the generally accepted thought on this. Could be more, could be less.

Just saying... Thanks for the help, much appreciated

So if I wasn't tested again for 3 days minimum, you think I would be OK? I know nothing is certain and no one can be sure, but what would be your opinion?

Three days after you consumed alcohol, or three days from now?

If it's 3 days since you consumed alcohol, there's a chance of failure. The majority of experts agree with the 60-80 hour protocol to pass an ETG, others say it's closer to 5 days.

If it is 60-80 hours, at 3 days you'd be right in the middle of that. So it really would depend on your body, your metabolism, which we can't guess at even with information of your height, age, weight etc.

In other words, we can't even give you an educated guess.

My opinion. You'll either pass, or you'll fail. Sadly that's all anyone can tell you.

Well, when you gamble you have to be prepared to lose, right? Gamblers rarely win.

    Can anyone help?
So Monday afternoon I had 2 16 oz. 8% drinks, about a full normal 12 oz. beer (4-4.5%) and one shooter of 35 proof vodka in the span of about 2:30-6:30 pm. I am 5'9" 150 lbs. 29 years old, fairly active and well hydrated and have peed a ton in the last few days. I am ring tested tonight (Thursday) around 6:30 pm, so about 72 hours since last drink. Does anyone have an idea if I might pass? I have been working out and has been peeing a lot and drinking lots of fluids but not to the point of dilution. Any help appreciated.

Can't really say anything more than has been said here already.

I will lecture you though. You're being tested for Alcohol consumption. Which usually means that for one reason or another consuming alcohol could have a negative impact on your life. I also understand that alcohol is hard to stop cold turkey, or even luke warm pheasant, but it can be done. As well the allure of trying to get away with it will have some "high" with it too. The problem is that you'll eventually lose. If you don't drink than you won't lose.

Wait out your alcohol ban and then start drinking. If you don't do that you might fail and it will be all your fault and the results of which you'll need to accept as no one's fault but your own.

You should be fine. There is chance you will fail. A larger chance you will pass. Don't be an idiot. Stop drinking.

    Tested after 66-70 hours

It's possible that you passed. It's also possible that you failed. I'm sorry, but there's no way to determine whether you'll pass. Only the test will tell.

What do you stand to lose if you fail?

Took 300 mg milk thistle a few hours before and I think the cutoff is 500. More curious than anything, anyone have experience or input?

The answers are exactly the same as the last time.

When you were asked why you want to know, you said you were just curious.

If this is just for curiosity, why are you being tested so often?

Do you need professional help as you keep asking the same question over and over. Why?

Wow, no. Just wanted to see if anyone has had similar experience... I've gotten the you may you may not answer and was just wondering if anyone has gone through a similar experience. Sorry for asking

Last week you asked about passing after 2 drinks and now you're asking about passing after 5 drinks....clearly these are separate incidents.

Obviously you didn't learn after getting lucky with the 2 drinks so it seems as if you have a problem. If you keep taking chances and keep pushing it, eventually you will be caught and asking us will not solve your problem.
