Clay build up in water lines
I have a whole house filter under my trailer. We change it regularly but the preasure is almost nill. How would I go about cleaning or flushing the clay out of the water lines?

    Hmmmm...

I'd start by cleaning the aerators at the end of all faucets and clean/clear the shower heads before messing with the pipe system...may simply be clogged up and easily cleared. Here, remove the aerators and clean or replace them and take the shower heads off and clean them (best result may be to use CLR). While the aerators and shower heads are off, run water at each fixture/faucet/valve to see how water volume and pressure look...should know more after that, OK?

Post back with results or questions, OK?

More details please! If you have a whole house." How did the clay get past the filters? How often do you check and clean the filters? In other words, how do display get in your pipes in the first place? Is this the pump on private property or are you in a mobile home park?

you start by removing all of the aerators and cleaning the screens. If that didn't get your pressure back the next step would be to back plus the main. Also, after the main you would have to open up and flush out each fixture in your trailer. Let me know how you make out. Good luck, Tom
