My bryant horizontal gas furnace won't light the exhaust fan will not come on and I'm getting error signals three lights then one light on the error bulb

Bryant Horizontal Heater exhaust fan will not start. It makes a clicking sound then stops.

On the inside of the blower door should be a key to the blink code, please tell us what it says.
