In this movie, a bad guy and his girlfriend go after the main character with a vicious plot. I think the hero rigs heavy stuff in a garage to topple on the bad guy and kill him--or something like that--and the girlfriend goes back to the insane asylum where she previously was. Was her name Tuesday or Thursday--or something like that? At the end, the hero goes to the asylum and there she is, doing painting for therapy. Her back is turned, and when she turns to face the hero you see the insanity and ugliness in her face, very different than the pretty girl she was throughout most of the film. What movie was this?
